Shipping Charges

We ship from our warehouse in Delhi NCR and offer FREE Shipping (across India) for all purchases over Rs 1000. Depending on where you reside, your orders may be delivered in 1–5 business days. Additionally, we provide SELF PICKUP, which allows you to have your item transported to the courier office closest to your Pin-code and pick it up at a later time.

Also there may be certain pin codes where shipping is not possible. In such scenarios, the orders can only be sent via India Post and it will be prepaid as India Post don’t offer COD option.

Express Shipping

We also offer express or fast shipping options to certain pin-codes and there will be extra charge for it and only Prepaid orders qualify for fast shipping.

Cash on Delivery

You can also conveniently purchase things from our website using Cash on Delivery (COD). Really, it's that easy: browse the website, choose a product, and then select COD.

Discreet Delivery

We’ll ship the package to your doorstep in a discreet package. When we say Discreet, we absolutely mean it. Nobody will know what you’ve ordered, not even the delivery guy.

Customer Self Pick-up

We understand that there are customers who don’t feel comfortable receiving certain parcels at their door-step due to several reasons. We believe in providing discreet delivery and hence we may have the option for self pick-up from a courier office near you.

Tracking

We may send or provide the tracking URL of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself.

Shipping Partners

We have tie-up with leading Indian courier service partners - BlueDart, Ecom Express, Speed Post, and Delhivery. We will be adding other partners shortly so that we reach closer to all our customers.

Product Packaging

We pack your order in a tamper proof plastic bag. We don't put any indication of produc name on the packaging box*. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. This is done FREE OF CHARGE.

Gift Wrap

If you want to surprise someone or want an extra degree of secrecy, we could offer optional gift wrapping. For a small additional fee.
