Cancellation Policy

Every attempt is made to fulfill every purchase. Please be aware that occasionally we might have to cancel orders that we are unable to process due to some unavoidable reasons.

If your order is cancelled, our Customer Service Team will notify you as soon as possible. Your amount will be refunded within 7 days if paid online.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you would want to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service. Once placed, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours or prior to shipment. You will not be able to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Your amount will be refunded within 7 days if paid online.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must have a video of opening the parcel while requesting for return which will be required to process your return.
  • Your amount will be refunded within 7 days after we receive the parcel in your original payment method if paid online and if paid COD you have to share your account details we will transfer the amount in your account.
  • Certain items, such as [Contraceptives, nightwear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, clothing, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment, and any other personal item or items as they are used for intimate parts of the body], may not be eligible for return due to hygiene concerns and government guidelines.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

 

Replacement / Exchange Policy

Contraceptives, nightwear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, clothing, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment, and any other personal item or items as they are used for intimate parts of the body so due to hygiene concerns and government guidelines are some of the categories in which we cannot accept replacements and/or exchanges.

Therefore, you should purchase the product after carefully reviewing all of the details.

We will replace/exchange products other then personal care products within 3 days from the date on which the goods are delivered.

When opening the courier box, make sure to record a video that clearly displays the contents and label. The video must be used as proof to back any claims for refunds or exchanges. If there is no video then we will not able to process any refund or exchange for any product.

Damaged/Defective/Different

We accept exchange on the damaged/defective/different products if we are notified within 24 hrs of delivery and will only accept the request if you have a proper video opening the courier box so that it can be verified the product you received was damaged/defective/different

You may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 3 days from the date of product delivery.

Note: To process any replacement or exchange you are required to keep the label of the courier box with you and do not through it or give it to anybody even the delivery agent as without that slip we cannot process your request.
